Everlong Residential presents this Farmhouse Lake Retreat, a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure by the serene Lake Wylie. This spacious farmhouse features five comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a state-of-the-art home theater. Outdoors, enjoy the saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and hammock. Accommodating up to 14 guests, this retreat promises a memorable getaway for families and friends in a tranquil and inviting setting.
The Space
Our cozy and inviting home provides all the essentials for the perfect getaway.
Bedrooms: 5 spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite. Three additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, and the fifth bedroom includes two bunk beds, each with a full and twin-size bed.
Kitchen: Open plan, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats four. Includes top-of-the-line appliances and all the essentials for gourmet cooking. Seamless flow into the dining and living areas.
Home Theater: Basement home theater with an 85" screen. Equipped with comfortable seating and surround sound for an immersive experience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a 55" smart TV in the living room.
Pool: Saltwater swimming pool with a 360-degree view of the lake. Perfect for cooling off on warm days and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Poolside loungers are available for relaxation.
Hot Tub: Hot tub accommodating six guests. Unwind in the warm bubbles after a day of adventure. Situated to provide privacy and a serene view of the surroundings.
Outdoor Amenities: Fire pit, comfortable outdoor dining on the rear deck, ping pong table, foosball table, and exercise equipment. Enjoy evenings under the stars and engage in fun activities. The rear deck is perfect for alfresco dining and socializing.
Guest access:
The entire property is available to guests, including its array of amenities.

-DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING ASIDE FROM TOILET PAPER INTO TOILETS (**EVEN IF THEY SAY SAFE FOR PLUMBING**). ANYTHING ELSE WILL CLOG THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
-SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
-NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY - A $500 FINE WILL BE IMPOSED IF THIS RULE IS NOT FOLLOWED
-THE FIREPLACES ARE NON-FUNCTIONING AND SHOULD NOT BE USED BY GUESTS
-PLEASE EXERCISE SAFETY AT ALL TIMES IN AND AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL AREA and HOT TUB. DO NOT DIVE INTO THE POOL AND BE SURE TO MONITOR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.
-DO NOT EVER USE BLEACH TO CLEAN OR WASH LAUNDRY OR TO CLEAN THE TOILETS. Not safe for the septic tank.

Allison Creek Park boasts numerous recreational options, including 4 boat ramps, a kayak/canoe launch, a fishing dock, 3 miles of trails, a playground, and picnic shelters, ensuring a variety of activities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
